I had grandiose plans of writing mix-and-match flower patterns. The idea was that people could purchase whatever flowers they wanted and make their own fabric flower arrangements. This quilt was the test for that theory. The quilt worked, and although the concept is sound, I realized I just don’t like writing patterns. So although the experience didn’t pan out as originally planned, I still proved the concept and made my second-ever quilt, so I feel the project was a success.
